This event not only showcases over 400 vehicles but also supports the Hope-4-Kids Programs, providing help & support for children throughout Tarrant County. Sponsorship Opportunities
Our Ride For Hope TX event is held on Sunday, October 13th, 2024.
The Ride for Hope Texas Committee will showcase more than 500 classic cars in 35 different
judging classifications. The event includes: sponsored by Timberview High School and other
prominent local businesses, live music, live radio broadcasts, food and other vendors,
charity drawing giveaways, Silent Auction, testimonials, and more! Over 4,000 people are
expected to attend. This event is growing in size, popularity and scope each year. This is
a fundraiser for offering resources to families in stress management, mental health
support, financial literacy, and self-sufficiency.

Date: Sunday, October 13th Hours: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Set-up 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.)
Sponsorship Levels & Benefits:
• Hot Rod Sponsor ‐ $1,000 or More: Includes business name and logo on event 2024
T- shirts plus inclusion on special event banners. Name and logo on sponsor posters
at the show and advertisements via public address at the show. Link to your
website/social media page, live event publicity announcement, 10 x 10 booth space.
• Crusin’ Sponsor – $500-$999: Includes their logo on 2024 T-shirt, premier location at
the car show, opportunity to showcase vehicles and/or services, and the option to hang
banners on the main stage for recognition. 10 x 10 booth
• Classic Sponsor ‐ $250-$499: Includes their name on 2024 T-shirt and space to
display products. Sponsorship acknowledgement at the event, promotional
items in goodie bag.
• Spectator Sponsor – $100-$250: Includes a trophy sponsor at 2 for $50. Receive
name on sponsor posters and recognition via the public address system at the
show. Promotional items in goodie bag, sponsorship listed on social media.
• Swag Bag or Door Prize – $50-$100: Includes opportunity to place promotional
items in goodie bag such as pens, key rings, brochures or door prizes such as
gas cards, gift certificates, car items etc.
